1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using EatMe (available at eatme.wonderlogiq.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WonderLogiQ LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. About the Platform

EatMe is a bidirectional rating platform where restaurants rate customers and customers rate restaurants. The Platform enables mutual accountability and helps build trust in the dining community through transparent, two-way feedback.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post discriminatory reviews based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic
• Submit fake, fabricated, or fraudulent ratings or reviews
• Post retaliatory ratings in response to receiving a negative rating
• Submit spam, promotional content, or irrelevant reviews
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users on or off the Platform
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or scores
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform

All ratings must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experiences.

4. Two-Sided Rating System

• Restaurants may rate customers after a visit or service interaction
• Customers may rate restaurants after dining or ordering
• Each user's EatMe Score is calculated from ratings they have received from others
• Ratings must reflect genuine, first-hand experiences
• Both parties are expected to rate fairly and constructively
• WonderLogiQ LLC reserves the right to remove or adjust ratings that violate these Terms

5. Dispute Process

• Users may dispute a rating they have received within 14 days of it being posted
• Disputes are reviewed by WonderLogiQ LLC and a decision will be communicated to both parties
• WonderLogiQ LLC reserves the right to uphold, remove, or modify ratings that violate our policies
• One appeal per dispute is allowed after the initial decision
• Abuse of the dispute system (e.g., filing frivolous disputes) may result in account restrictions

6. Subscriptions & Billing

• Pro and Enterprise plans are billed on a monthly basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused subscription time
• WonderLogiQ LLC reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice via email
• Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing

7. Account Termination

• WonderLogiQ LLC may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before or at the time of suspension, except in cases of severe or repeated violations
• You may delete your own account at any time through your account settings
• Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

8. Limitation of Liability

• EatMe ratings and reviews are user-generated content. WonderLogiQ LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fairness of any rating or review
• WonderLogiQ LLC is not liable for damages arising from inaccurate, unfair, or defamatory reviews posted by other users
• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• In no event shall WonderLogiQ LLC's total liability exceed the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the State of Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
